The Ignatian motto “For the Greater Glory of God” is often translated as “authentic human flourishing.” In this unprecedented time of global crisis, the ability to thrive and flourish may not seem easy to access, but contemplative practices like meditation offer a path to center oneself even the most difficult of days. Join Tony Mazurkiewicz, Chaplain for Athletics, for this guided meditation session designed to connect you with your own heart and mind at a deeper level. No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
