Alagia—best known for his work with Dave Matthews Band\, John Mayer\, Rachel Yamagata\, and Jason Mraz—will guide you through the process of producing a track for a major label artist and explore co-writing methods using pop music. \n  \n\n  \nHost bio\n \nJohn Alagia (C’86) is a three-time Grammy-nominated American record producer\, songwriter\, mixer\, and multi-instrumentalist. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in English. His work spans across many genres and artists including Dave Matthews Band\, John Mayer\, Paul Simon\, Herbie Hancock\, Jason Mraz\, Lukas Nelson\, Vertical Horizon\, Mandy Moore\, Liz Phair\, Lifehouse\, and many others. John currently works out of Santa Monica\, California. \nAbout Summer Sessions: Alumni Virtual Experiences\nJoin us for our new alumni virtual experiences program\, Summer Sessions!
